Congratulations,
you have just discovered the the ultimate in fisherman's lodging! Red's
Fly Shop adjoins the most premier sportsmans' lodge in the Pacific
Northwest, Canyon River Ranch.
We also have Riverside Tent Cabins on site for those who appreciate a more
rustic getaway. Either way, you will enjoy riverside accommodations that
meet the needs of your fishing trip, vacation, wine tour, or weekend
getaway. Our lodge and camp is a perfect base for a week of fishing Central Washington, or makes for
a great single night layover.
The Lodge
Canyon
River Ranch is a fractional ownership lodge that is also available for
rent on a nightly basis. Each suite is 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, and
includes a nice kitchen, balcony on the second floor units, and all guests
will enjoy access to the pool, hot tub, great room, library, and den.
It is also a fabulous destination to host your next corporate retreat,
wedding, or family reunion. There is a commercial grade kitchen
adjacent to the great room and is perfect for self serving your group or it
can be used by one of the catering companies that work with Canyon River
Ranch.
The Tent Cabins
These canvas wall tents are
12'x16' and feature a carpeted wood floor with cedar deck, 2
large padded cots, table, 2 chairs, and a night
stand. The camp DOES NOT have
electricity, running water, lanterns or a BBQ but it is on the river and the
sunset and sunrise is fantastic! During the spring and early summer
you can enjoy a wonderful riverside campfire and listen to nothing but the
sounds of nature while enjoying a glass of Merlot.
Bring a propane stove or small BBQ
and cook yourself a fine riverside meal. Most guests will
typically drive 13 miles to
Ellensburg for dinner at one of the great restaurants in town, it works
great for breakfast if you plan on floating from the Ellensburg are on down. Make sure to bring
all of your own drinking water and wash water. Toilet facilities
are a simple outhouse. Please provide your own firewood if you
plan on using the wood stoves.
A Washington Freshwater Fishing License is required to fish the Yakima
River.

Lodge Suite Cost and Details-
$195 per night, Sunday -
Thursday (non-holidays)

Friday, Saturday, and holidays.

Master and one room with two twin beds.

- Check in time is 2 pm, check out time
is 11 am.
- From October 1st - April 1st there are
wood burning stoves in tents, just make sure to bring firewood and kindling.
