Yakima River Smallmouth Bass Guided Trip
We guide the lower Yakima River in drift boats much like we do for trout in
the upper reaches. It is hosted in the Tri-Cities area. We throw
big flies and catch hard-fighting Smallmouth Bass that will practically rip
the rod from your hand! It is a great trip and these bass are
aggressive and lurking in the heavy currents of the Lower Yakima River in
the late spring and early summer months.
We're very excited to have this venue, as it allows you to decide for yourself if Smallmouth warrant their reputation
of being one of the best fighting freshwater fish, all of this while seeing a new piece of water. We recommend that you book early, as the best window runs from late April through June.
The Smallmouth Bass fishery in the Lower Yakima River is said to be one of
the best in North America. Come experience some of the best Smallmouth
Bass fishing there is.
A Washington Freshwater Fishing License is required for this trip.

Testimonials
"I never realized what an awesome fish Smallmouth Bass were until 2 years ago when I took a trip down the lower Yakima with Red's, these fish can fight! They attack the fly, fight hard, and provide a fresh new adventure that many people have never experienced. I still love trout fishing, but a smallmouth trip is one of my favorites."
