How it works:

Rent any item and apply the full rental fee towards the purchase price of a new product.  

Yes, you read that correctly, you can come over here, test drive the rod you're considering buying for the entire day, and then make a decision on whether that's the one you want or try a different one on your next trip.  At the time of purchase, the sum of your rental fees will be applied to the purchase price.  Combine this with our Discounted Sales Tax guarantee, and there's simply no reason not to shop at Red's Fly Shop!

While our shop services focus on the diverse trout, steelhead, bass, and even carp fisheries of Eastern Washington, we are also happy to accommodate your needs on world wide destination travel locations.  Whether you need a 8 weight and a 10 weight set up for a once in a lifetime trip to Belize, or a Spey  package for an Alaskan King adventure, this program has you covered in a very cost effective way.   
Reservations and Pick up:

Advance Reservations are encouraged to ensure availability. Gear can be picked up and returned to the shop, or have us ship it to you via UPS.  Rental fees do not accrue until the day you receive the gear and commence upon arrival at the shop.  A one day shipping cushion is allowed for return freight on rentals of 4 or more consecutive days.  The customer is responsible for actual shipping costs both to and from the shop.

 

Rental Rods and Reels:

Saltwater Rods - $15 per day:

Loomis GLX Cross Current 9' 8wt.
Sage Xi2 9' 8wt.
Sage Xi2 9' 10 wt.

Reels for Saltwater trips include appropriate fly lines and either a Ross Momentum or a Lamson Litespeed. $15 per day.

Spey or 2-Handed Rods - $15 per day:

Loomis Kispiox 13'4" 7/8 wt.
Loomis GLX Stinger 12'6" 7/8 wt.
Sage Z-Axis 13' 6" 7 wt.
Sage Z-Axis 12' 9" 8/9 wt.
Sage VT2 13' 7 wt.

Reels for Spey are either a Ross CLA #6 or a Ross Momentum.  With Skagit Style lines appropriate for your destination. $15 per day.

Waders and Boots:

Although we don't rent out all of the models of waders and boots we sell like we do with fly rods.  We offer high quality Dan Bailey's and Orvis waders for rent every day.  Like the rods, your rental fee can be applied towards the purchase of new Simms or Dan Bailey's Waders.
