Washington State Sportsman's Show

The Red's crew will be at the Washington State Sportsman's Show this week in Puyallup, WA.  If you don't live in our area, it isn't a bad idea to find an outdoor expo near you this time of year.  It is a great opportunity to chat with some friendly pro's.  The seminars are especially good (our personal schedule is at the bottom here).  There is an indoor river with live Steelhead in it.  Yea, I just said that. Read it again if you have to.

If you come to the show don't just "run the gauntlet" and walk the aisles at the show without stopping either.  Dare to dream man!  Bring your wallet too.  There are limitless adventures, photos, and videos playing at every booth and don't be afraid to take it in.  Maybe I won't personally book any trips, travel there right away, but it helps clarify what is really on my fishing and hunting bucket-list.  More importantly, I like to feel out the other outfitters to see who I can trust to refer our clients to that are looking for other adventures outside of Red's offerings.  There is nothing more valuable than meeting the leader of an outfitting service in person.  Some businesses that look good on the internet are not quite as good in person, while others that look bad on the internet are actually GREAT outfitters.  Then there are those who are good on the internet and in person. ;)

I do really like the outdoor shows.  Before I know it, I am usually standing in some guys booth, nodding and smiling after 30 minutes while listening to a story about an archery Musk Ox hunt or something similar that costs about $12k per week haha!  I love outdoor shows.  Seriously, I do. I can't afford a Musk Ox hunt but since listening to a story about it is free I'm all in.

The seminars are great, in fact, I even have a couple on my list that I plan to sneak out of the booth and attend.  I'll be there the whole week and invite you to come visit and learn from Red's.  Below you will find our seminar schedule and we would love to see you.  We are at booths #'s 251-253 and will have a pile of clearance items to shop.  It will primarily be clothing and it will be a GOOD DEAL.  

Shop ONLINE - Pick up at the show, OR just ask us to bring it! - If you want to shop online in the next couple of days and would like us to deliver your purchase to the show for pickup we can do that.  Just put in the comments that you want "show pickup".  We'll pay your sales tax this way and you can check the product out and be sure it is exactly what you are looking for.  Or if you are looking for something specific just send us a note and we'll be sure to have it there for you to see.
