About the Author

Joe Rotter

Joe is the "blogger in chief" here at Red's in addition to being our guide service manager and partner here at Red's. He is a father of 3 spunky children his wife Kelly can only be found fishing when the temperature gets above 85 degrees and the fish are gobbling up dry flies.

In addition to being a fly fishing junkie, Joe is a hard core bowhunter, is a volunteer Hunter's Eductation Instructor, and loves riding horses with his kiddos. Joe still guides a small part of the time but spends most of his time working on web marketing, travel, and helping customers find the right tools and information for the job.

Wenatchee Fly Fishers IF4 Film Showing in Leavenworth

If anyone is going to be around Leavenworth, Washington on February 23rd, check out the IF4 Film at The Snowy Owl Theater.

We sent some "509 Trout" Hats and T- shirts to them today for the event, and partnered with the club to offer a day of guided fly fishing to support the benefit. Thank you to all the folks working in fly fishing clubs everywhere that are spreading their love of this great sport.

On behalf of the Wenatchee Valley Fly Fishers, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT! The event was really a great time and brought angler from all over the region together for a night of shared inspiration and camaraderie. The winner of the 2 person guided trip was thrilled of course and the swag items were really popular. Support from pros like Red's is really important to those of us in clubs with tiny budgets. We plan to use proceeds to support some local conservation efforts. See you guys on the river!
