Small Creek and Big Trout
Join our crew and learn the basics of how to fish for these big brutes on this well known spring creek in eastern Washington. Located only 1 hour east of Red's Fly Shop, Rocky Ford is a great public water spring creek and provides great entertainment... mixed with a tad of frustration for the adventuring angler.
Tactics will vary based on conditions, and our goal is to help give you the skills and confidence to venture out here indpendently of our team.

- Fly Rod and Reel with floating line
- Rubber boots or pant high waders (no wading in the creek is allowed but it is muddy along the shore)
- 9' 5X Tapered Leader
- 7X - 3X Tippet
- (18) Flies appropriate for Rocky Ford *your instructor can help with this on the morning of the trip
- Nippers/Hemostats
- Fishing License
- Polarized Sunglasses
- Floatant
- Small Strike Indicators
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made by the customer less than 72 hours from the start time, will forfeit 50% of the total cost. If you cancel more than 72 hours from the start time, you may reschedule or request a refund minus 5%. Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to show will forfeit 100% of the trip cost. If Red's decides to cancel the event due to adverse conditions the customer may request a full refund.
