Affordable Overnight Adventure

This trip is offered during our "off peak" time at Red's Fly Shop.  The hunting is great but the fishing can be cold during December and January. Don't let that stop you however! November and February - March can be some of the best nymph and streamer fishing of th year.  March offers the famous "Skwala Stonefly" hatch and it can be some fantastic early season dry fly fishing.

General Itinerary for Overnight Cast 'n Blast Trips

Day 1 - Arrive at the lodge/fly shop mid-morning before your fly fishing adventure.  Your guide will provide basic tackle if necessary, and a lunch on the river. You'll fish a half day trip which spans about 5 hours during the warmest part of the day.

Day 2 - You will meet your hunting guide next door to Canyon River Lodge at Red's. Typically we get started at 9 am and the hunt is about 3 hours.  The guide will clean your birds and send you on your way around lunch time.

Cost and Dining Details

Guests have several options for dinner, breakfast, and lunch upon departure.  Canyon River Grill is located inside Red's Fly Shop, next door to the lodge.  Since they are not open 7 days/week, there are several options to include food service.  While booking your reservation you can specify how you would like to do meals.

Cost:

  • $1159 per 2 anglers
  • Price based on Double Occupancy

Trip Includes:

  • Guided Fly Fishing Trip (5 hours)
  • Lodge suite at Canyon River Lodge
  • Flies and Small Tackle Items
  • Rods and Reels
  • Lunch on the Fishing Trip
  • Guide Pheasant Hunting Trip (6 rooster released per shooter)

Trip Does Not Inlclude:

  • Dinner (can be added on as a "Ready Made Meal", OR you can eat at Canyon River Grill if open)
  • Breakfast (can be a added as a "Ready Made Meal")
  • Lunch after the hunt (can be added on as a "Ready Made Meal", OR you can eat at Canyon River Grill if open)

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to make scheduling adventures with Red's stress free and fair for everyone involved.  Cancellations made by the customer less than 24 hours from the start time, or failure to show, will forfeit 50% of the total cost.  If you cancel more than 24 hours from the start time, you may reschedule or request a refund - 5% to cover processing fees and labor.  If Red's decides to cancel the event due to adverse conditions the customer may request a full refund.
